At the April Holt Foundation Inc., we believe no young person should face grief alone. Our dedicated team provides free grief support services for youth aged 7-17 in Shelbyville, TN. Each month, we create a safe and nurturing space for young people to come together, share their experiences, and express themselves through creative outlets. Our gatherings not only include meaningful discussions but also fun activities, food, and even birthday celebrations, fostering friendships and mutual support. Our Mission

The mission of the April Holt Foundation Inc. is to provide free, compassionate grief support and meaningful connection for youth ages 7–17. Through monthly gatherings filled with food, games, creative grief activities, sharing, and celebrations, we create a welcoming space where young people can connect, express their feelings, honor their loved ones, and navigate their grief together.
